Senior Certified Diesel Technician
Must have Four year degree in diesel theory and repair, or Automotive Service Excellence Master Technician certification and 7 years diesel repair and diagnosis experience in a non-management position.
Job duties include, but are not limited to: Work unsupervised and unaided in diagnostic troubleshooting, major and minor repair and maintenance on electronic and mechanical diesel engines, components, systems and subsystems as identified in the Vehicle Maintenance Reporting Standard of all class 6, 7 and 8 trucks and trailers; Proficient with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, welding, fabrication, wiring schematics, and computer operation as related to repair of these vehicles. Excellent written communication skills.
